Anne is a qualified lawyer in England, Hong Kong and Singapore. After completing her training in England with Sinclair Roche & Temperley, a city law firm which specialises in shipping fier and shipping finance, she practiced in Singapore at Shook Lin & Bok, David Lim & Partners and Chor Pee & Company respectively over the period 1986-1997, covering: banking and finance, general corporate and investments into China. She has also spent a period of over 15 years with UBS AG, Singapore branch, initially as Legal Counsel, supporting the investment banking, private banking and asset management businesses of UBS and subsequently, as deputy head of their KeyClient Solutions team in Asia.

Anne also holds an MBA from Imperial College, London. She is a member of its society of Trust and Equity Practice with Imperial College, London.

Anne returns to legal practice in 2013 and has been focusing on advising private clients, wealth structuring and compliance with the changing legal and regulatory landscape.
